I understand that by consenting to receive electronic communications, I am waiving my right to receive paper communications from my Condominium Corporation.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure that the electronic address provided is current and accurate, and to notify my Condominium Corporation of any changes to my electronic address.

I understand that I may withdraw my consent for electronic communications at any time by providing written notice. In such case, my Condominium Corporation will resume sending paper communications to the address provided by me.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this Authorization for Electronic Communications and agree to be bound by them.
